Delivery Policy
Delivery charges vary depending on the area or zip code. You can message us your delivery location & we’ll provide you the exact delivery fees, or you may enter your details upon checkout to view the delivery fees. We provide same-day delivery for all orders (Last order by 4pm). For same day urgent order after 4pm kindly contact us directly to confirm availability.
Delivery Time Slots within Melaka
Currently we provide 2 different time slots for daily delivery service time:
- 10am-3pm
- 2pm-6pm
Delivery time will only be start from 10am & onwards. For same day delivery order placed after 11am, delivery slot will be at 2pm-6pm.
For same day urgent order delivery, kindly allow us to have at least 3 hours of lead time to prepare & arrange your order.
For seasonal occasion such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day & etc, delivery time slot will be at 10am- 4:30pm / 2pm - 8pm (We didn't accept specific delivery time request during these season as we've limited runners).
We will not take responsibility for the late delivery due to adverse weather conditions, incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses, and any other causes beyond our reasonable control.
What Happens When There Is A Delay In My Delivery?
Due to COVID-19 pandemic outbreak over the state, delivery time might be affected as we are responsible to make sure all the prevention measurement are followed.
However, there are also delays commonly caused by wrong information provided by Customer, import delays and/or high demand of orders. CCH Florist will not be held responsible for delays and cancellations where the info provided by customer is incorrect. However, our customer service team is always happy to provide any assistance.
If the recipient is not home/office
Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, Sender must arrange for delivery date and notify us. Sender are responsible to bear any delivery cost for second delivery attempt. To maintain the freshness of our blooms upon receipt, re-delivery has to be done as soon as possible.
Recipient May be Contacted
In some cases, we may contact the recipient to ensure he/she will be home to accept the delivery.
Request to Leave Item at Door
The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave arrangements. We highly discourage special instructions requesting delivery to a doorstep, porch, yard or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves. We cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty product due to this special request.
Recipient Refusal of Delivery
If the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, you may be held fully liable for the cost of the gift.
Card Messages
The message that you write in the Card Message is the message that is sent with flower products. We do not include any billing information with your order.
Adverse Weather Conditions
During adverse weather conditions (including heavy rain and flood), our driver may not be able to deliver orders on time. This is beyond our control and we cannot accept responsibility for the late delivery of the order. Therefore, in the event of adverse weather conditions, we will not issue a refund or offer re-delivery for the affected orders.
